File is infected with a trojan. wacatacH!ml

My computer checked this file and found no virus.

After download, windows security quarantined the file and stated, “Detected: Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml, Status: Quarantined, File ….\200764R.7z
Your system may be infected and is bypassing scan or perhaps someone has access to your site and has replaced the file with an infected one. Try downloading this and scanning it.

I scanned this file on three computers and none of them reported a virus. The reason why Windows reports a virus, I guess it may be caused by the tampermonkey plug-in in my browser, and other cracked software.
